Beschreibung

Dieses charmante und moderne Apartment ist ca. 33 Quadratmeter groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für Ihren Urlaub benötigen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer großartigen Lage – im Zentrum von Privlaka, nur 200 Meter vom nächsten Sandstrand entfernt.

Es befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon. Es bietet Platz für 3+2 Gäste. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische, das in einen Schlafbereich mit großem Schlafsofa umgewandelt werden kann.

Das Apartment verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile.

Klimaanlage, WLAN, TV und andere tolle Funktionen stehen allen Gästen dieses Apartments kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über einen kleinen Kühlschrank, 2 Kochplatten, Spüle, Wasserkocher und Geschirr.

Außerdem bieten wir Ihnen den ganzen Tag über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, da Sie dafür nicht einmal das Auto benötigen – der nächste Sandstrand ist 200 m entfernt!

Die Stadt Zadar ist etwa 15 Autominuten entfernt und eine der schönsten Städte an der Adriaküste. Der Nationalpark Paklenica ist 1,5 Stunden entfernt, ebenso wie der Nationalpark Krka – und ich kann Ihnen einen Besuch wärmstens empfehlen. Wir freuen uns auf deinen Besuch!

Der Check-in erfolgt ab 16:00 Uhr.
Der Check-out ist bis 10:00 Uhr möglich.

- Bei Besuchen, die länger als 7 Tage dauern, wechseln wir die Bettwäsche alle 7 Tage.
- Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt!
- Ruhezeiten sind von 22:00 bis 8:00 Uhr, bitte respektieren Sie dies!
- Keine Partys, keine laute Musik oder Freunde, die aus anderen Wohnungen in der Gegend vorbeikommen.

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr modern und schön. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem. Das Schlafsofa ist auch bequem. Die Vorhänge dunkeln gut ab. Uns hat der Strand in Privlaka nicht gefallen aber wir konnten gut mit dem Auto zu anderen Stränden in der Nähe fahren. Anbindung Top. Die Mitarbeiterin der Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und herzlich , sie hat uns gut empfangen Es gibt einen Wäscheständer. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten . Der direkte Supermarkt und Bäcker sind unschlagbar.

The apartment is very clean and well-located. The host was very nice and helped us with all our questions. The only serious point is the balcony fence, which is too short, so you have to be very careful when you‘re on the balcony. But all together it was a great week, that we had in this apartment in Privlaka. Especially the fact, that you can visit several beaches from this location, makes the apartment a good choice.
