This brand new and modern family Villa is located in a secluded, peaceful part of the Municipality of Cista provo, not far from the town of Imotski, beautiful beaches of the entire Makarska Riviera and the city of Split. It's surrounded by lush Croatian greenery and an impressive mountain range.  It is easily accessible by road, but the villa offers full privacy with a quiet countryside setting.

The Villa consists of two spacious floors which have one fully equipped  kitchen with modern and new appliances connected with a dining area, a living room with large sofas, 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. All bedrooms provide all amenities for cozy stay.There are 3 spacious bathrooms with showers and one guest toilet. On the first floor, in addition to all the above, there is also a large area that functions as a living room / entertainment area. Cozy sofas can be converted into sofa beds for two more guests. There is a huge open terrace with a view of the surroundings, and guests can use it like a perfect spot for a glass of wine at sunset.  There is a large billiard table where you can test your skill in this interesting game and spend time with your friends and family. Villa provides WiFi, 2 large smart TVs, one powerful A/C and enough space for parking up to 10 cars.The living room and kitchen on the ground floor lead out onto the large outdoor terrace with garden furniture. From a terrace there is a short walk to the private and large swimming pool, where you can refresh during hot summer days. Pool area offers sun loungers where you can relax under the shade of the sun umbrellas. There is also an outdoor dining space if you decide to dine alfresco. Guests are free to use the outdoor BBQ area, located near to the outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Children's outdoor playground provides trampoline, slide and swing so the youngest ones can enjoy their vacations too.

During your stay you can;

- Rent a quad on site with additional payment.
- Make a reservation for Traditional Dalmatian dinner with additional payment.
- With the previous request Villa can accommodate 2 guests more at sofa beds with additional payment of 33 Eur per guest per day.

CHECK IN time is from 4 PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.

- Young groups are accepted with previous requests and the damage deposit is 50,00 € per guest upon arrival.


- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days.
- Pets are not allowed!
- Baby bed can be provided only with a previous request.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectful of this!
- No parties and loud music.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus. Es ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Vermieter sehr Gastfreundlich und Freundlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und auch verabschiedet. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen

Ce fut un séjour inoubliable, tout d’abord authentic holiday Croatia et plus particulièrement Mila a été disponible pour nous proposer des services et des conseils de qualité pour découvrir la culture locale comme le dîner cuisiné dans la tradition par l’hôte Jelena qui était délicieux ou la visite d’un vignoble avec un vrai partage de culture et de tradition comme l’on recherche lors d’un voyage à l’étranger. Ensuite l’hôte est très gentille, une personne avec des valeurs et toujours disponible, le repas Croate fut une excellente découverte et nous avons passé une super soirée. Quant à la maison elle est mieux que sur les photos, l’emplacement est idéal si vous recherchez le calme tout en étant bien situé, l’équipement de la maison est conforme à la description tout à été super je recommande clairement ce logement par ces atouts mais surtout par l’accueil de l’hôte et la disponibilité et services proposé par Authentic Holiday Croatia
