Apartment Sol with shared pool and garden is located in Vir near the center and only 80 meters from the beach. It is best suited for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are with double beds, one bedroom is with two single beds and one bedroom is with one single bed. In the living room there is a convertable sofa bed for one adult or two children.  It has fully equipped open space kitchen with dining and living area. There is one bathroom and an additional toilet.  It has two terraces with seating areas where you can enjoy early morning coffee or late night cocktails. This whole complex is very rich in mosaic details hand made by the owner. He dedicated his last 15 years to make all wall mosaics, pillars, vases, stairs and monuments while growing a rich garden as well. Here you will be amazed by all the details around you and around every corner of the house. In the garden you will find large shared pool with mosaic of Aztec sun at the bottom. There is a large dining area with BBQ also available in the garden. Everything is covered with AC and WIFI signal. There are 3 parking lots around the property so there is plenty room for all cars. There are 5 more apartments in the building ( Apartment Mes, Apartment Estrellas, Apartment Tesoro, Apartment Tierra and Apartment Aqua).

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Wir durften uns vom Feigenbaum im Hof bedienen. Villa ist in dritter Reihe, bis zum Badeplatz muss man einiges laufen, da alles Verbaut ist und man nicht auf direktem Weg zum Meer kommt. Wir hatten die EG-Wohnung mit 200qm, sehr geräumig mit 4 Schlafzimmer. Eines davon ist ein Durchgangzimmer. Die anderen beiden haben einen eigenen Zugang vom Flur. Klimaanlage vorhanden und gut funktionierend. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist alt und sehr abgenutzt. Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet. 2 Kühlschränke vorhanden. Geschirr bunt zusammengewürfelt. Beim Geschirrspüler funktionierte nur 1 Programm. Am Ofen funktionieren nur 2 von 4 Platten, aber nur wenn alle anderen Stromverbraucher ausgeschaltet wurde, ansonsten flogen die Sicherungen. Das Bad (2 Waschbecken, 1 Bidet, 1 Duschkabine) sollte dringend renoviert werden. Alles ist alt und kaputt. Das WC ist eine Zumutung: ganz, ganz klein, ständig rinnend und Boden unter Wasser. So eine große Wohnung mit nur einem WC und das so schlimm, das geht eigentlich nicht. Die einzige Waschmaschine, für alle 6 Wohnungen der Villa zugänglich, ist in einem kleinen Raum auf der Terrasse, der direkt am Kopfende des Bettes eines der Schlafzimmer lag. Die Mitbewohner wuschen Nachts, so dass das Rattern bis spät zu hören war. Den Pool konnten wir in der zweiten Woche nicht nutzen, da man eine Chemikalie zum Reinigen hereingekippt hatte. Fazit: Ich würde dort nicht mehr buchen.

Het is een ruim huis met een prachtige tuin en zwembad. wel is de inrichting binnen wat gedateerd. de locatie is lekker dichtbij de zee.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful, the place was great. There was a large terrace which was perfect for hanging out. The swimming pool was well-kept and clean. The place is not far away from the centre (it's a nice walk along the seashore) but far enough not to be disturbed by the people if you want some peace and quiet. We would surely like to come back one day.

It was a great stay! Large pool and pleasant hosts. Accommodation is a few minutes walk from the nearest beach! Love it!
