Villa SeaBreeze on the south side of the idyllic island of Vis combines authentic Dalmatian heritage with exceptional charm and flair. The house built of the famous Brač marble is the ideal place for a relaxing and untroubled holiday with family and friends directly by the sea. As soon as you arrive, you’re overwhelmed by the panoramic view of the many small offshore islands, there are some days when you can even see as far as Italy. You’ll be impressed! On the ground floor of Villa SeaBreeze we have a room furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed. In the pavilion, there is another double room with a 180 x 200 cm bed with an additional sleeping place for a child in the loft bed. A particularly nice thing about this bedroom is its direct access to the garden.All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe, a 108 cm flat screen Smart TV and air conditioning. The bedroom in the pavilion also has a ceiling fan. All 5 bathrooms are fitted with a shower/WC and one bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub/WC. The bathroom in the pavilion is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. he 350 sqm Villa SeaBreeze has a total of 5 bedrooms.
On the 1st floor of the holiday home there are 3 double rooms – the “master bedroom” with a 180 x 200 cm box spring bed and a balcony with a unique panoramic view, 1 double room with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and sea view to the south-east and 1 room with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and garden view to the west.
One of the highlights of Villa SeaBreeze is the summer kitchen with BBQ and a spacious dining area in the pavilion. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. The comfortable sitting area with open sea view can seat up to 10 people. A relaxing place for cosy evening get-togethers, celebrations or simply admiring the sunset. The summer kitchen is completely canopied and open to the sea. A roller blind provides the necessary protection on cooler evenings. Of course, we also keep enough charcoal and wood in store.
The ground floor of the villa consists of the kitchen with dining and living room, as well as adjoining veranda. In the kitchen you will find a gas stove with 4 burners, a blender, a toaster, a coffee mill, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer and all cooking utensils including crockery, china and cutlery. In the adjoining dining room, you will find a large wooden table with a bench and 6 chairs. The inviting couch and other comfortable seating, as well as a 120 cm internet-capable flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player, CD player and a radio ensure contentment on cool evenings, making it a retreat for young and old.
The infinity edge salt-water pool measures 7.5 x 3 m and is 1.60 m deep. It can be heated to 32 °C. Perfect to start the season earlier and to extend the summer. Whether in the garden, on the veranda or the terrace, you’ll find comfy places for you and your loved ones everywhere. Loungers to relax and comfortable lounge furniture, surrounded, if you so desire, by your favourite music. The stone-walled garden is simply perfect for the youngest ones to go exploring. After a strenuous day at the sea, which is about 40 cm deep in front of the house, the children can let off steam on the swing or trampoline. Meanwhile, the bigger ones can have a match at the table tennis table
