This modern apartment is located in Zadar City. To be specific it's located in the atractive area close to the beach called Borik. The ideal location of this accommodation, near to the sea, gives you the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The delightful apartment offers enough space for 2 guests in one modern, bright bedroom. The living room and dining area are in an open space. The modern bathroom also offers everything you need (No washing machine). Modern kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances (no oven, no dishwasher). This area is very bright, full of light and still you will have your privacy! Apartment has one central A/C that is enough to cool whole apartment. The interior design is a combination of modern furniture with wooden elements.

The outdoor area in front of the entrance of Apartment is decorated with a beautiful garden with bunch of green plants and flowers. The garden, with garden furniture and BBQ area, are on disposal to all guests of this apartment! Please note that garden area is fenced, but all guests of this apartment can use it!

A/C, WiFi, SAT TV and other great features are free to use to all guests of this apartment. We also offer you a free parking spot all day long, because you wont even need the car - Nearest pebble beach is 300m away!

Apartment is placed just 300m from nearest pebble beach, in quiet neighborhood Borik. This charming apartment is close to all amenities. Zadar region has a truly amazing geographical position, located in the center of the East Adriatic and surrounded by stunning nature of great variety. With its Roman ruins, art installations, and white-sand beach, Zadar is one of the most unique resorts along Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, where travelers come to feast on seafood, watch dreamy sunsets, and sip cocktails at oceanside bars.

CHECK IN time is from 3 PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.

- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days.
- Pets are not allowed!
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectfull of this!
- No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other apartments in the area.

Really nice and cute place. It's looking same as on the photos. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate to. I definitely recommend it.
