This magnificent, modern, high-style villa offers 200 square meters, optimal for accommodating up to 8 guests. On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking or serving meals. There is also a spacious living room lit by sunlight for pleasant gatherings with family and friends. On the same floor there is a separate toilet for all guests. On the first floor of the villa there are three beautiful bedrooms, two of which have a separate shared bathroom, and one bedroom has its own bathroom.
 The villa is surrounded by 200 square meters of fenced yard that you can use for your group's unhindered gatherings. You can sunbathe next to the large 30 square meter heated pool or refresh yourself in it.
In the yard, two parking spaces are offered for you.  Only 100 meters from the villa there is a beautiful bicycle path through the Mediterranean nature typical of that area.

Die Villa war sehr sauber! Die Zimmer geräumig, die Bäder groß und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool die Krönung! Die Lage war für uns gut - mit dem Auto sind Zadar oder auch Nin in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war überragend! Super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal! Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.
