This charming and modern apartmant is about 50 square meters large, equiped with everything you need for your vacation. It's perfect for families with children. The apartmant is on a great location - Boasting a balcony in centar of Zadar City.

It's situated in the first floor apartment builing. It can accomodate 4 guests in two bedrooms. One bedroom with one double bed (1,4x2m), and second bedrom with one double bed (1.8x2m).

Apartment features one bathroom with toilette and shower, one guest toilette, a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and cozy living room with large sofa.

A/C, WiFi, SAT TV and other great features are free to use to all guests of this apartment.

There is also a public parking area for 2,00EUR per hour.

There is plenty of enternaiment for young and old people. The town of Zadar is about 10 min walk distance, and it is one of the most beautiful cities in the Adriatic coast. The National park of Paklenica is an hour away, as is the national park of Krka- and I higly reccomend you visit. We are looking forward to your visit!

CHECK IN time is from 3 PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.

- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days.
- Pets are not allowed!
- Baby bed or a baby chair can't be provided.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectfull of this!
- No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other apartments in the area.

The description was not accurate. We were told it was on the first floor and we had four flights of stairs to climb. The unit was lovely.

Shar did not follow check-in instructions or look the address we sent through Google maps so they enetered the wrong building. Google maps show address correctly and street view shows the building entry door. Did not contact us directly but asked someone else from Croatia to call us. So it was back and forward calls for an hour with people that are nit our guests. This is a self check-in apartment because the owners do not live here and this all ended up with owner coming in the evening to locate them. This never happend because the address and the building are very easy to locate and our instructions are clear and simple. On the departure day they refused to check-out at the check-out time which is clearly written here so we had to pay cleaning service 2 extra hours. Definitly guests we would not host again and we would not recommend them to others.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce logement très agréable.. Proche du centre ville.. l'immeuble peut inquiéter au début mais le quartier reste calme.
