This amazing, brand new apartment with 150m2 private space, it's situated on the 2nd floor, facing south-west. Living room/dining room is 30 m2 with one couch for one person (120 cm, length 190 cm), flat screen TV and A/C. Living room/dining room has an exit to the terrace. For maximum experience there are two bedrooms, One with double beds (160 cm, length 200 cm) and A/C and other one with two single beds ((90 cm, lenght 200 cm), and A/C. One bathroom with shower and toilet are at your disposal. Open kitchen area is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, 4 glass ceramic hobs, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Guests of this beautiful apartment can use an exit to the 40m2 large roof terrace from the corridor. Terrace provides a distance seaview and jacuzzi (4 guests). This apartment also offers a private use of the tavern in the basement of the residential building: dining room with open fireplace, flat screen TV and A/C.

Apartment is located in a brand new residential building, built in 2022, 1 km from the center of Sv. Filip i Jakov, sunny, elevated location, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: plot 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool rectangular (8 x 4 m, 145 cm deep, seasonal availability: 01.May - 01.November, with internal stairs). There is an open barbecue area. Access by car to the house (120 m white road). Parking next to the house on the plot.

CHECK IN time is from 4 PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM. Before checkout, you will receive travel documents with instructions for collecting the keys.

- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days.
- Pets are allowed upon request and additional payment may apply!
- Baby bed or a baby chair can be provided only with a previous request.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectful of this!
- No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other villas/apartments in the area.
