Villa La Perla is located in a small village Murvica, near the city of Zadar. This extremely beautiful villa will delight you at first sight and give you a dream vacation. Murvica is a great place for guests who want to spend a quiet vacation and is rich in agriculture and olive groves. Moreover, the location is great as you are at the same time so close to the city and yet far enough away to spend your dream vacation in complete privacy and silence!
Villa La Perla was built in 2024. in a modern style. You will be amazed by its beautifully decorated interior and luxurious exterior. Guests have 160 m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 1000 m2. It is 10 km away from the nearest sea and beach and there are also restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Near the living room there is a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for all members of the household and taste them in the dining room at a table with 6 seats. Villa La Perla has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 guest toilette. On the first floor you will fing a small laundry area with washing machine and iron. If children come on vacation together with you, you can also use a feeding chair and a crib.
A pleasant refreshment can be found on the outdoor terrace with spacious swimming pool, next to which there are sun loungers, inviting you to relax and sunbathe. On the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood you can try delicious fish or meat dishes. There is also a covered outdoor dining table next to the grill.

The courtyard of Villa La Perla is fully fenced and there are 3 private parking spaces outside.

The town of Zadar, from which Villa La Perla is only 10 km away, is an open-air museum. Some of the most beautiful architectural and cultural monuments are exhibited here, and its city walls are the ancient guardians of this picturesque town, rightly included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Take a walk along the most famous street of Zadar, Kalelarga, visit the church of St. Donat or St. Stosije and take a photo of the greeting to the sun and the sea organ, installations that delight many tourists every year .
