Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Apartment mit Meerblick auf die Insel Ugljan. Die geräumige Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und falls wirklich mal etwas fehlen sollte, kann man sich gerne an die Vermieter, Vesna und Josip wenden. Beide sind freundlich, gesprächig und immer hilfsbereit. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Gegenüber des Hauses ist ein kleiner Markt und die Straße runter, in Richtung Ortskern sind weitere Märkte, Cafebars und Restaurants. Dort gibt es an kleinen Ständen frischen Fisch, frisches Obst und Gemüse, direkt vom Erzeuger über den Gartenzaun. Auch für Fastfood ist dort gesorgt. Discounter und die " Supernova" - Mall in Zadar erreicht man in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto und die historische Altstadt von Zadar ist nicht viel weiter entfernt. Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet, modern und die Lage ist super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Kroatien. Das Appartement ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und hat eine schöne Größe und Lage. Dies war bereits unsere dritte Unterkunft in Kroatien und dieses Appartement ist mit Abstand das beste gewesen und wir freuen uns bereits auf einen erneuten Aufenthalt. Einfach TOP!!!

Már reggel 9kor elfoglalhattuk a szállást, közel a part, bolt. Az elhelyezkedése szuper illetve lehet grillezni a teraszon. Jó hideg klíma. Máskor is foglaltam volna, ha a távozásunk után nem történik probléma. De így már biztos nem fogok és ajánlani sem fogom senkinek, mert ahogy velünk, így ezt mással is eljátszhatják!

Rigtig fin lejlighed som matcher billederne. God og rolig beliggenhed i gåafstand til den gamle bydel og Kolovare strand. Tæt på flere handlemuligheder. Rigtig god kontakt og kort svartid fra værten, som var meget behjælpelig med hvad end vi havde af spørgsmål til området og andre anbefalinger. Alt i alt godt og vil anbefale til andre ☀️

Vi ble møtt av en hyggelig mann som åpnet for oss og informerte en del om huset. I løpet av oppholdet hjalp han oss flere ganger og alltid forekommende. Verten var også innom og ga oss flere sett nøkler.

O apartamento estava limpo e organizado. Há um ar-condicionado na sala e também havia um ventilador no quarto. Apartamento bem próximo à praia e ao centro. Pontos negativos: espaço no chuveiro muito pequeno e com cortina muito longa, ficava encostando na gente. E muito mosquito! Há mosqueteiro em algumas janelas, mas não conseguimos abrir a persiana para a luz entrar. A única janela sem mosqueteiro não dava pra abrir sem entrar muito mosquito. Havia alguns aparelhos contra mosquito para usar, mas estavam sem refil. Não procurei para ver se havia refil porque só iríamos ficar 2 noites, então só mantemos tudo fechado e matamos os mosquitos que apareciam esporadicamente.

Piękny dom, atutem jest kuchnia letnia w osobnym budynku, basen na wyłączność. Pokoje wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne, mnóstwo miejsca do przechowywania. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Przemiła właścicielka, która odpowiadała na wszystkie nasze pytania i była bardzo pomocna.

Das Haus hat für 8 Personen alles was benötigt wird. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und das beste ist, dass man im Haus eine Küche hat und im angrenzenden Poolhaus eine weitere Küche vorhanden ist. Somit kann man entspannt direkt am Pool seine Zeit verbringen. Die Wohnetage ist nämlich nicht im Erdgeschoss sondern im 1. OG. Vermieterin ist super hilfsbereit bei Fragen zu Lokalen/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Ausflügen. Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden und können immer ausgetauscht werden. Fahrräder und Quads stehen immer zur Verfügung. Direkte Umgebung bietet zwei kleine Einkaufsläden, ansonsten wird immer ein Auto benötigt. Zadar ist innerhalb von 20 min zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

Amazing place for a group of people, very modern and well designed. Matches the description and photos perfectly. Private location, as you only have a couple of neighbours in the area. The hosts were very welcoming and kind, even left us a nice welcome gift. Would definitely recommend!!

Die Villa war sehr sauber! Die Zimmer geräumig, die Bäder groß und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool die Krönung! Die Lage war für uns gut - mit dem Auto sind Zadar oder auch Nin in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war überragend! Super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal! Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Duże mieszkanie niedaleko starego miasta, parking pod blokiem. Do plaży 10 min spacerkiem. Wokół sklepiki, piekarnia i kawiarnie. Tuż obok większe centrum handlowe. Świetnie wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba na dłuższy i krótszy pobyt. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, klucze dostępne o dowolnej porze w skrytce. Dużym plusem jest dodatkowa oddzielna toaleta (prócz WC w łazience) - super się to sprawdza przy większej liczbie osób.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, decorated to a high standard and had everything you could ever need for an enjoyable stay. Located only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Nin & with restaurants, super markets, bakery's and coffee shops from 5 minutes walk away, everything is close by. The apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac & with great views from the balcony, where you and sit, relax & take it all in with a beer or a glass of wine. Queen's beach is 5 minutes walk away and is a safe area to swim, relax & enjoy the views, with the option of covering yourself in the local medical mud if you wish too. Authentic Holiday Croatia who list the apartment we're first class in their response to any queries or questions and nothing was to much hassle. Private parking provided on the premises. The apartment even has a washing machine was a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & will definitely return again or use another property managed by Authentic Holiday Croatia.

From start to finish the hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The house, set in a beautiful rural location, was not only clean and tidy throughout but offered the most beautiful outdoor space. With a pool and sauna with outdoor cooking area as well as quad bikes for the adrenaline junkies among you. Given fresh fruit from the working farm and offered helpful information, volunteering to take us to the chemist when needed. All round a truly spectacular setting with the most attentive of host.
