Wir haben uns sehr über die Flexibilität der Gastgeberin gefreut und konnten somit schon früher in das Apartment rein. Danach mussten wir nämlich zu einer Hochzeit. - Es sind mehrere Geschäfte in ca 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Meer braucht man aber länger. Das Apartment befindet sich im 2. Stock. Eswar sauber und die Küche bietet eine super Ausstattung. Vielen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Zwei Tage waren wir mit den Quads unterwegs, tolle Sache. Ruhige Lage, da kommt zur Entspannung!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gemütlich, ein toller Balkon mit Blick auf Berge und Meer. Man ist in 10-15 Minuten in der Altstadt und in 5 Minuten am Strand, besser gehts nicht! Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat bei kleineren Problemen direkt geholfen. Alles in allem ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Where do I start… what a stay. Accommodation is absolutely stunning. Everything you could need it has. Perfect location in the middle of the old town, with restaurants and things to do all around it. I could not fault this place one bit. Highly recommend. Stay here and you will not disappointed.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and everything looked new. 5 mins walk to queens beach which is a lovely beach and ten mins to the lovely town of nin.2 big supermarkets nearby. Would heartidly recommend. Quiet area, felt very safe.

Det stod klart och tydligt i beskrivningen att huset var utrustad med AC men när vi kommer dit får vi fläktar och värden beklagar sig och säger att ingen AC finns. Jag kontaktar både värden och Booking som INTE hjälper till med att lösa problemet utan vi får stanna i huset i 7 dagar utan AC. Det var väldigt varmt på nätterna så mina barn kunde inte sova. VARNING !!!

Další 2 pláže, pekárna, restaurace, zmrzlina a supermarket Tommy - vše do 500 metrů od apartmánu.

Wow! What an amazing place. We are a family with two small children and two adults and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. The back of the property looks out into the woods of Krka so it really felt private. The pool was perfect. It’s larger in person than photos. The water in the pool was cool and refreshing on a very hot August day. Inside, there is a large TV, washer for clothes, and small dishwasher in the kitchen. There is an AC in the living room that feeds the main space as well as the second bedroom which is located in a loft space. There is also a second bathroom upstairs in the loft. The main bedroom downstairs has its own AC and patio doors. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower. There is also an amazing smokehouse with TV, but we didn’t use it. Overall the place was very comfortable. I would 100% stay there again. Also at the end of the street there was a small playground for our kids to play. We planned day trips but mostly we just stayed in and swam here.

Eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung in einer sehr guten Lage, nah am Strand. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen eigener Parkplatz, der zu der Wohnung gehört. Der Gastgeber hatte zwar keinen Hochstuhl für unser Baby, hat aber liebevoll einen Sitz mit Kissen für unsere kleine eingerichtet.

The appartment was clean. It is very close to a beautiful sandy beach. It has 2 shops 5 min away, walking distance (tommy hipermarket and konzum). The area is quiet (it's not a main street, so there is no traffic there). The appartment looks like in the pictures, the furniture is in good conditions. There is a nice view from the balcony. There is self checkin, which is also great. It's located a few minutes away from the seafront where the boats are, so you can easily take a walk to the center of Nin (15 min walk, with a 3 years old child).. It is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, fridge with freezer, a lot of kitchen amenities, towels, soap, toilet paper, a toilet seat and a cot for our kid, etc. We really enjoyed our staying :).

Die Wohnung war groß genug und einigermaßen ausgestattet. Sauberkeit war nicht überragend aber in Ordnung. Leider sind die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man von anderen Bewohnern alles mitbekommt. Die Vermieter sind sehr laut und nehmen keine Rücksicht!!

At first we thought it was a scam because it was very good looking and cheap. But no, it was not a scam. The apartment is just like it says in the description. The maid that was there was so nice, sweet and polite. It's really peaceful and the location is also great because it's close to Zadar, Nin, Vir... You can choose between a lot of beaches nearby, from sandy to rocky beaches. Definitely recommend!

Alle Räume haben Klimaanlage. Der Garten ist klein aber sehr net angelegt und verfügt über einen schattigen Grillplatz. Alles war Sauber, ist net eingerichtet und auch die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschiene ist auch vorhanden um die eigenen Strandtücher zu wacshen.

Чудова квартира з гарним ремонтом, обладнана якісними меблями і усією необхідною побутовою технікою (кондиціонер, холодильник, плита з духовкою, мікрохвильовка, пралка, дрібна побутова техніка), охайна і затишна, з вай-фаєм, зручна для невеликої родини (дві-три людини), доглянута білизна і посуд. Чистий під'їзд на замку. Привітна, за потреби завжди готова допомогти господиня, постійно на контакті. Щодо помешкання - самі лише плюси. З безперечних переваг - lidl поруч і kaufland лише в 10 хвилинах від квартири. В Хорватії були вперше. Загалом, перше враження від Задара "куди я потрапив і де мої речі", а вже не а другий день розумієш, нащо люди туди їдуть. Із задоволенням би повернулась. Хоча визнаю - це однозначно не для відпочинку з дітьми, хіба що піщаний пляж Яз, що в Преко на острові Углян. Туди впродовж дня із Задара ходять пороми (квиток 5 € для дітей і дорослих від 3-х здається, років), або ж можна винайняти житло просто там. Там теж є купа крамниць, кафе, пекарень (місцева випічка - це щось!) і ресторанів. Обов'язково раджу відвідати місцевий ринок, особливо його рибний відділ))

Szimpatikus volt, hogy volt egy közösségi tér ahol az egész család együtt tudott étkezni, viszont mindenki el tudott vonulni a saját lakrészébe.ha külön akart lenni,vagy akár enni. Közel volt a tengerhez.

Our host, Mila and Marinela, were very kind and welcoming. Upon arrival we shared some drinks and food that they made for us. It was very nice to chat with them and they helped us with planning the rest of our trip. The house is very cosy amd clean and has a wonderful view from the balcony. The location is perfect for going to the plitvice lakes, around 15 min by car.

A szállás elhelyezkedése kiválló, a part nagyon közel volt. A szállásadó már a helyszinen várt és átadatda a kulcsokat. Az apartmanba édességek és hideg üditők voltak bekészitve, sőt még az ott tartózkodás során saját készitésű süteménnyel is meglepett minket. A szállás nagyon tiszta volt és jól felszerelt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, mindenkinek ajánlom.
