Authentic Stone House Stela & Lea è una nuova casa per le vacanze davvero unica che sembra uscita da una fiaba.
Questa proprietà si trova nella zona suburbana della città di Zara, in una zona appartata, senza vicini, senza rumore e folla, circondata da una natura incontaminata e da boschi. È importante notare che 800-900 m prima di raggiungere la casa dovrete percorrere una strada non asfaltata. C'è la possibilità che durante il vostro soggiorno incontrerete piccoli insetti o animali selvatici, poiché la struttura si trova ai margini del bosco.

Questa grande casa in pietra ti offre una pace e un'intimità che non puoi trovare così facilmente, soprattutto vicino alla città. Con le sue tre spaziose camere matrimoniali e i tre ampi divani, puoi star certo che non ti mancherà il comfort. La sala da pranzo con ampio bar, caminetto e buona musica è perfetta per creare una buona atmosfera durante la vostra cena. Un angolo cottura piccolo ma funzionale sarà sufficiente per preparare un pasto semplice per la famiglia o gli amici. Due barbecue in pietra e la spaziosa area piscina sono ideali per feste pomeridiane all'aperto, e il parco giochi per bambini con altalene è il luogo ideale per i vostri bambini. A disposizione privata degli ospiti questa casa offre una superficie di 180 m2, più due terrazze di 50 m2, Wifi gratuito e parcheggio gratuito.

La struttura è protetta internamente da reti sulle aperture ed esternamente da muretto e mezzi repellenti per insetti ed animali selvatici. Gli ospiti sono tenuti a seguire le regole della casa e della piscina per tutelarsi durante il soggiorno. L'acqua all'interno dell'edificio è piovana e non è potabile, sarebbe più sicuro utilizzare acqua acquistata. L'angolo cottura a disposizione della struttura è sufficiente per preparare pasti semplici. La struttura è dotata di 4 telecamere che tutelano la sicurezza della struttura e degli ospiti e non compromettono la privacy all'interno della struttura.

La posizione dell'immobile ha un significato storico. Al posto di questa casa di nuova costruzione c'era la stessa vecchia casa. Il proprietario della casa, secondo i vecchi progetti dell'anno 1870, costruì la stessa casa, ma in una variante leggermente più moderna.
Per gli appassionati dei dettagli storici è interessante notare che la zona dove era ubicata la casa era il confine con l'Italia durante la guerra, e non lontano dalla casa c'era la caserma dell'esercito italiano. Su richiesta, con pagamento aggiuntivo è possibile noleggiare un'auto, una barca per escursioni o una moto. Inoltre, se siete interessati, è anche un'opzione organizzare una grande cena tradizionale dalmata.

Our time at this great stone house was very nice! The house is big enough to easily accommodate 6 guests + 2 kids. Everything is decorated with stone, and furniture is modern and in a perfect condition. If you need some groceries you can buy them in a small shop (Bakmaz) just down the street (5min by car) or you can buy some vegetables from the neighbors.. The hosts (Mr.Marko and his wife) were very easy to contact and very helpful. Mila organised us a traditional Dalmatian Dinner with a private chef Martina. This dinner was a very positive experience and the food was delicious. We enjoy discovering the gastronomy of Croatia and make jokes about everything! We recommend it and we will come back!

From the beginning, the reservation was really fast and Mila & Marinela were really helpful with all questions that we had and even organized the booking of a transfer to and from the airport (which was really helpful)! They were really easy to communicate with and responded to messages really quickly. The host Mr.Marko really made our holidays! Without him there I don’t know what we would have done! I would recommend hiring a car if you are staying at this villa as it was needed for us to get shopping (Taxis are really expensive) and Mr.Marko has his own car rental service. The villa is absolutely amazing and in the middle of nature! The beach is about a 15 minute drive away and you can buy some eco vegetables from neighbours! Also we accepted a proposal for Dalmatian Dinner from Mila and we were having our best! Only thing you have to keep in mind is that this is a house on the edge of the forest and it has only one bath/shower, but 2 separate toilets and an outdoor shower! Do not hesitate to book!
