Diese luxuriöse 5*-Villa liegt auf einem abgelegenen und komplett eingezäunten Grundstück von 2000 m² und bietet ihren Gästen absolute Privatsphäre. Der 290 m² große Innenraum bietet einen komfortablen und großartigen Aufenthalt für eine große Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie die komplett und modern ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten und Innenkamin, in der Sie Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zubereiten können. Nach der Zubereitung können die Mahlzeiten mit der ganzen Familie im charmanten Essbereich für 8 Personen genossen werden.

Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer ist mit einer bequemen Couch sowie einem Smart-TV und einer Play Station 4 ausgestattet.
Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, Klimaanlage und TV. Die drei Zimmer verfügen über ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer ist mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet, die bei Bedarf zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können. Es gibt auch eine separate Toilette im Haus, was nach dem Schwimmen und Sonnenbaden im Pool praktisch ist.

Haustiere sind in der Villa nach vorheriger Anfrage und ggf. gegen Aufpreis gestattet.

Im schön angelegten und großzügigen Innenhof befindet sich ein 40m2 großer Swimmingpool. Nach dem Schwimmen können Sie im Schatten unter Sonnenschirmen entspannen und einen der 6 Liegestühle oder 3 Tabourets nutzen. Im Garten gibt es Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder wie ein Kinderhaus und Rutschen. Für Erwachsene stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Dies ist eine äußerst luxuriöse, geräumige Villa, die vollständig umgeben ist und maximale Privatsphäre garantiert. Der Urlaub in der wunderschönen dalmatinischen Stadt Biograd na Moru wird sicherlich allen Gästen in Erinnerung bleiben, egal ob sie einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Villa verbringen oder die Umgebung erkunden möchten, die so viel zu bieten hat.

NOTIZ:

Wir akzeptieren keine Gruppen junger Gäste unter 22 Jahren und es werden keine Partys auf dem Grundstück organisiert.

We were planning our vacation for a long time, and this was a winner! we don't have any rgrets! This is amazing and clean property! We stayed there with our small 2 children and 2 dogs and it was amazing. The owners Mrs.Dolores and Mrs.Viktoria are very friendly and happy to help. We will get there again.

The Villa was amazing, the owners (Mrs.Dolores and Mrs.Viktoria) even better! This Villa is perfectly decorated and someone really cared about the details. Each room with bathroom, really big kitchen, awesome grill place in the garden and space for whole family. We enjoyed a big pool, beautiful highlighted in the night.

This is a great place for families or groups. Hosts (Mr.Dolores and Mrs.Viktoria) are very kind and willing to help if needed. The villa itself is magnificent with a lot space, well equipped, sense for details, great garden and we were welcomed with many goods for adults and kids, like wine, fruits, sweets, candies, etc. We would definitely recommend the place even though it is not completely next to the sea but the distance to the center of the town and the coast is still providing you with the seaside holiday feeling. Definitely a place to return.

Lovely hosts Mila & Marinela, and owners as well! Villa is amazing!. We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious property. We loved everything about exterior and the interior design plus the garden, and we will definitely come back next year! It was a dream vacation!
