Cette luxueuse villa 5* est située sur une propriété isolée et entièrement clôturée de 2000 m² et offre à ses hôtes une intimité absolue. L'intérieur de 290 m² offre un séjour confortable et agréable pour une famille nombreuse ou un groupe d'amis.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez la cuisine entièrement équipée de façon moderne avec des appareils de haute qualité et une cheminée intérieure, où vos plats préférés peuvent être préparés. Une fois préparés, les repas peuvent être dégustés avec toute la famille dans la charmante salle à manger pour 8 personnes.

Le salon confortable est meublé d'un canapé confortable, ainsi que d'une Smart TV et d'une Play Station 4.
Chacune des 4 chambres a sa propre salle de bain, air conditionné et TV. Les trois chambres ont un lit double et une chambre est équipée de 2 lits simples qui peuvent être assemblés en un lit double si nécessaire. Il y a aussi des toilettes séparées dans la maison, ce qui est pratique après la baignade et les bains de soleil dans la piscine.

Les animaux domestiques sont admis dans la villa sur demande préalable avec un éventuel paiement supplémentaire.

Dans la cour magnifiquement paysagée et spacieuse, il y a une grande piscine de 40m2. Après la baignade, vous pourrez vous détendre à l'ombre sous les parasols et profiter de l'un des 6 transats ou des 3 tabourets. Des installations de divertissement pour les enfants telles qu'une maison d'enfants et des toboggans sont situées dans le jardin. Deux vélos sont disponibles pour les adultes.

C'est une villa spacieuse et ultra-luxueuse, complètement entourée avec une garantie maximale d'intimité. Les vacances dans la belle ville dalmate de Biograd na Moru seront sûrement rappelées par tous les invités, qu'ils souhaitent passer des vacances tranquilles dans la villa ou explorer les environs, qui ont tant à offrir.

NOTE:

Nous n'acceptons pas les groupes de jeunes de moins de 22 ans et il n'y a pas d'organisation de fêtes sur la propriété.

We were planning our vacation for a long time, and this was a winner! we don't have any rgrets! This is amazing and clean property! We stayed there with our small 2 children and 2 dogs and it was amazing. The owners Mrs.Dolores and Mrs.Viktoria are very friendly and happy to help. We will get there again.

The Villa was amazing, the owners (Mrs.Dolores and Mrs.Viktoria) even better! This Villa is perfectly decorated and someone really cared about the details. Each room with bathroom, really big kitchen, awesome grill place in the garden and space for whole family. We enjoyed a big pool, beautiful highlighted in the night.

This is a great place for families or groups. Hosts (Mr.Dolores and Mrs.Viktoria) are very kind and willing to help if needed. The villa itself is magnificent with a lot space, well equipped, sense for details, great garden and we were welcomed with many goods for adults and kids, like wine, fruits, sweets, candies, etc. We would definitely recommend the place even though it is not completely next to the sea but the distance to the center of the town and the coast is still providing you with the seaside holiday feeling. Definitely a place to return.

Lovely hosts Mila & Marinela, and owners as well! Villa is amazing!. We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious property. We loved everything about exterior and the interior design plus the garden, and we will definitely come back next year! It was a dream vacation!
