Dieses charmante und moderne Apartment ist etwa 50 Quadratmeter groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für Ihren Urlaub benötigen. Es ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer großartigen Lage – mit Balkon im Zentrum der Stadt Zadar.

Es befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es bietet Platz für 4 Gäste in zwei Schlafzimmern. Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,4 x 2 m) und ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,8 x 2 m).

Das Apartment verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche, ein Gäste-WC, eine geräumige Küche mit modernen Geräten und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa.

Klimaanlage, WLAN, SAT-TV und andere tolle Funktionen stehen allen Gästen dieses Apartments kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz für 2,00 EUR pro Stunde.

Es gibt jede Menge Unterhaltung für Jung und Alt. Die Stadt Zadar ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt und eine der schönsten Städte an der Adriaküste. Der Nationalpark Paklenica ist eine Stunde entfernt, ebenso wie der Nationalpark Krka – und ich kann Ihnen einen Besuch wärmstens empfehlen. Wir freuen uns auf deinen Besuch!

Der Check-out ist bis 10:00 Uhr möglich.

- Bei Aufenthalten, die länger als 7 Tage dauern, wechseln wir alle 7 Tage die Bett- und Badezimmerwäsche.
- Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt!
- Ein Babybett oder ein Kinderstuhl können nicht bereitgestellt werden.
- Ruhezeiten sind von 22:00 bis 8:00 Uhr, bitte respektieren Sie dies!
- Keine Partys, keine laute Musik oder Freunde, die aus anderen Wohnungen in der Gegend vorbeikommen.

The location is the best for the price! It's not in the heart of the old town, but very close by, within a comfortable walking distance. There's a lot of cafeterias and bakeries, and Tommy supermarket grocery store. The rooms are spacious. Another best thing is - two toilets! The windows didn't let any outdoor noise in. The apartment was very clean.

Die Lage ist einwandfrei. Alles ist bequem Fußläufig erreichbar: Einkaufszentrum, Bäckerei, Imbiss und Cafes. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten locker zu erreichen. Parkt man einige Querstraßen weiter- umgeht man die Parkplatzgebühren.

I recommend this apartment's host. He's a very positive person, and he'll answer any questions regarding check-in. Check-in was very easy thanks to the instructions provided by the owner! The location is convenient for Zadar's old town. I highly recommend it!
