Cet appartement charmant et moderne mesure environ 50 mètres carrés et est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances. C'est parfait pour les familles avec enfants. L'appartement est idéalement situé - Bénéficiant d'un balcon au centre de la ville de Zadar.

Il est situé dans l'immeuble du premier étage. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes dans deux chambres. Une chambre avec un lit double (1,4x2m) et une deuxième chambre avec un lit double (1,8x2m).

L'appartement comprend une salle de bains avec toilettes et douche, des toilettes invités, une cuisine spacieuse avec des appareils modernes et un salon confortable avec un grand canapé.

La climatisation, le WiFi, la télévision par satellite et d'autres fonctionnalités intéressantes sont gratuites pour tous les clients de cet appartement.

Il y a aussi un parking public pour 2,00EUR par heure.

Il y a beaucoup d'animations pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes. La ville de Zadar est à environ 10 minutes à pied et c'est l'une des plus belles villes de la côte Adriatique. Le parc national de Paklenica est à une heure, tout comme le parc national de Krka - et je vous recommande vivement de le visiter. Nous attendons votre visite!

L'heure d'enregistrement est à partir de 15 heures.
L’heure de CHECK OUT est jusqu’à 10 heures du matin.

- Pour les séjours d'une durée supérieure à 7 jours, nous changeons les draps des chambres et les serviettes de bain tous les 7 jours.
- Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés!
- Aucun lit bébé ni chaise bébé ne peuvent être fournis.
- Les heures calmes sont de 22h00 à 8h00, soyez respectueux !
- Pas de fêtes, de musique forte ou d'amis venant d'autres appartements du quartier.

The location is the best for the price! It's not in the heart of the old town, but very close by, within a comfortable walking distance. There's a lot of cafeterias and bakeries, and Tommy supermarket grocery store. The rooms are spacious. Another best thing is - two toilets! The windows didn't let any outdoor noise in. The apartment was very clean.

Die Lage ist einwandfrei. Alles ist bequem Fußläufig erreichbar: Einkaufszentrum, Bäckerei, Imbiss und Cafes. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten locker zu erreichen. Parkt man einige Querstraßen weiter- umgeht man die Parkplatzgebühren.

I recommend this apartment's host. He's a very positive person, and he'll answer any questions regarding check-in. Check-in was very easy thanks to the instructions provided by the owner! The location is convenient for Zadar's old town. I highly recommend it!
