1. Contract

You conclude a lease agreement with AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA as an intermediary, as a lessee (hereinafter: the guest) with the owner of the holiday facility (hereinafter: the villa) as the lessor (hereinafter: the owner). AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA act solely as an intermediary and is responsible only as an intermediary.

By paying in advance for the reservation of the selected accommodation unit in the requested period, you unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel agencies. Accordingly, AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, the Travel Agency reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions which will be published on the website authenticicholidaycroatia.com and which enter into force on the day of publication.

We may change our terms and conditions without prior notice at any time if such addition does not materially affect your rights and obligations. If such changes to our terms and conditions significantly affect your rights and obligations, we will notify you by email with those changes as soon as they occur.

Upon completion of the booking and payment process, we will send a written confirmation of the booking (hereinafter: the voucher) by e-mail, which is a lease agreement concluded with the owner. The Voucher with these General Terms and Conditions constitutes a lease agreement between the guest and the owner. It is important that you check the coupon you receive from us immediately upon receipt. You must contact us immediately if some information proves to be inaccurate, as it may not be possible to make changes later.

2. Prices and payment

All credit card payments will be affected in Croatian currency. If you have another currency on your credit card, your credit card company will convert to Croatian kuna. The reservation is binding, and the reservation requires an advance payment of 30% (unless otherwise stated) of the agreed price of accommodation, after which the reservation is confirmed, concludes a contract with the owner and these General Terms and Conditions are accepted. The lease agreement is considered concluded when AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, the Travel Agency receives the amount of the advance payment. Costs of water, gas, electricity and internet, as well as bed linen, towels, tea towels, final interior cleaning (unless otherwise specified), pool and outdoor maintenance, registration of residence and sojourn tax and value added tax are included in the rental price accommodation.

Allowed methods of payment for advance payment are: credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, America) and bank transfer. The amount to be charged by your credit card is denominated in Croatian currency (Kn). The amount for which your credit card bill will be charged is obtained by converting the price in foreign currencies into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. While charging your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency according to the credit card association's exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference from the original price listed in our suggestions or website. If payment by bank transfer is selected, payment is made in EUR and there is no possibility of exchange rate differences. Guests are responsible for all bank fees for the transfer and transfer of money to us. AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel agency should receive the full amount for your package of services.

The remaining payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer (unless otherwise specified), no later than 30 days before arrival, so that AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency, has enough time to forward the payment to the owner. In case of cancellation, all payments made to AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, the Travel Agency can not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed with AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA.

In case the guest chooses to pay part of the agreed price of accommodation in cash (in villas where this option is allowed, which will be especially emphasized to guests) advance payment of 30% of the total agreed price of accommodation is due immediately by credit card or bank transfer, and the remaining 70% is due for payment immediately upon arrival of the guest, and the guest is required to pay the remainder directly to the owner. There is no possibility to pay electronically in the holiday facility (cards / pay pal).

For bookings made 30 days or more before the start of the rental period, the following conditions apply:

For bookings made 30 days or more before the start of the rental period, the following conditions apply:

If cash payment is selected, the remaining 70% is due immediately upon arrival, and the guest is obliged to pay the rest directly to the owner. There is no possibility to pay electronically in the holiday facility (cards / pay pal).

For bookings made 30 days or less before the start of the rental period, the following conditions apply:

The total rental amount is due immediately for payment by credit card or bank transfer.

The guest is obliged to make payments within the deadline and in the manner described in this clause of the General Terms and Conditions. If the guest does not comply with the payment deadlines, such behavior is considered a serious breach of contract, and the lease is considered terminated without notice, and AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency, is not obliged to inform the guest.

3. Cancellations and changes

If you wish to cancel or partially cancel your reservation, you can do so by sending a written request by email. The cancellation shall take effect on the day when AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, the Travel Agency receives such notice of cancellation and only under the conditions of this clause. In case of cancellation of the Lease Agreement, all received payments are retained until the date of cancellation, and the guest is not entitled to their return.

In the event that a guest in the same period, for the same price and under the same conditions can find another guest as a replacement, AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency, will transfer immediately after written receipt of all necessary information about the new guest. send him a written confirmation. Already received amounts of accommodation prices will be kept by AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Tourist Agency after the transferred contract, and the new guest is obliged to pay the rest up to the total price of accommodation, depending on the previously selected payment method which is an integral part of the contract. If you are prevented from traveling, you have the right to transfer the reservation to another person and / or to another date if approved by the property owner. However, you must inform us 40 days before arrival. If you wish to make other changes to your booking after it has been confirmed, you must notify us as soon as possible.

Free cancellation and refund of the amount paid within 24 hours is available to all guests!

After 24 hours, the reservation is considered valid!

4. Arrival and departure

The notice received by the guest no later than 7 days before the day of arrival, contains information about the time of arrival and departure, which is immutable and the guest must respect them.

In case of earlier arrival, the guest will not be able to pick up the accommodation unit before the time of arrival mentioned in the voucher, unless otherwise agreed before arrival. Check-out must always be no later than 10.00 on the day of departure, and the guest is obliged to return the keys to the owner. In case of later departure than agreed, the guest is obliged to pay the owner (if agreed) all additional costs and the owner charges the guest on the spot.

5. House rules, noise and entertainment in accommodation units

Guests are required to follow house rules. Each property has its own house rules that are placed in a visible place and are available to the guest. If guests do not follow the rules of the house rules, it can be considered a serious violation of the rental agreement, in which case the owner and / or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency have the right to terminate the rental agreement which takes effect immediately, without notice. the guest is obliged to permanently leave the property with all persons staying there within 2 (two) hours and has no right to demand a refund of the paid price of accommodation from the owner or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency.

Guests are not allowed to organize parties in and around the property. In case the guests violate public order and do not calm down after the warning, it can be considered a serious violation of the lease, in which case the owner and / or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency is authorized to terminate the lease which takes effect immediately , without notice, and the guest is obliged to permanently leave the property together with all persons staying there within 2 (two) hours and has no right to demand a refund of the paid price of accommodation form of owner or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency.

6. Capacity

The number of persons accommodated in the property and the space belonging to it cannot be higher than that stated in the voucher. This number of people includes children regardless of their age. After the start of the rental, the guest is obliged to announce in advance all visitors who come to visit him. If more than the maximum number of persons remains in possession or possession around it without the approval of the owner, owner and / or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, the Travel Agency reserves the right to terminate the lease which takes effect immediately, without notice, and the guest is obliged to leave possession permanently together with all persons staying there within 2 (two) hours, and has no right to demand a refund of the amount of paid accommodation from the owner or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency.

7. Young groups

In case the guests are under 25 years old, they are obliged to inform AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, the Travel Agency, about the exact number of guests and their age immediately upon booking. AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency and the owner reserve the right to refuse groups of guests under 25 years in case AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency is not notified of their arrival, in which case guests are not entitled to a refund.

8. Pets and the environment of accommodation units

Permission to keep pets will be marked on the website authenticholidaycroatia.com in each accommodation unit that allows pets under the conditions provided for each property separately. Any additional cleaning costs for pets will be clearly stated on the facility’s website. In case the guest wants to bring more than 1 (one) pet, he must additionally contact the agency, and without written permission, more than 1 (one) pet will not be allowed on the property. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up pet debris, and pets are not allowed to sit on furniture at any time. Any evidence of keeping a pet on furniture can cause additional cleaning costs. All pets must be vaccinated against rabies and all other diseases in a timely manner in accordance with applicable regulations. Appropriate prevention is recommended for guests to protect their pets from common diseases. Keeping pets on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest, and the owners and the agency do not take any responsibility for any possible illness or injury that the pets may suffer during their stay. Access to swimming pools (if available in the facility) is strictly prohibited for pets.

Pets are not allowed in some facilities. However, neither the owner nor the agency can guarantee that there were no pets in the house before. AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency is not responsible for allergic reactions of guests that may occur in any of the accommodation units. If the guest brings an unannounced pet, the owner and / or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, the Travel Agency reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement which takes effect immediately, without notice, and the guest is obliged to leave the property within 2 (two) hours with all persons residing there and he has no right to demand from the owner or from the Agency a refund of the paid price of accommodation.

Guests should be aware that some of our properties are in a rural or isolated location, so you can find flora and fauna such as mosquitoes, wasps, ants, local dogs, etc., as well as other environmental activities, such as agriculture ... AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency will endeavor to advise you of any ongoing activities, but activities or unplanned events may occur at any time without our prior knowledge.

9. Pools

The guest is obliged to follow the instructions of any kind related to the use of the pool (if available on the property) and given by the owner or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency for their own safety. The guest is responsible for the use of the pool (if available in the facility) in any sense. Children must not be present in the pool area without adult supervision. The guest uses the pool at his own risk. If accommodation is booked outside the summer season, the pool may no longer be used. You should take into account that the use of swimming pools is associated with certain health risks and use them at your own risk.

10. Technical equipment

The properties advertised on the website authenticicholidaycroatia.com contain all the necessary devices, technical equipment and other benefits that ensure a pleasant stay of the guest. The owner is obliged to ensure the correct function of all devices in the property. In case of malfunction or malfunction of any of the devices, the guest is obliged to inform the owner and / or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency about the situation so that AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency can request the owner to organize repair and eliminate the fault as soon as possible. The owner is obliged to remove the reported defect within a reasonable time. The owner is directly responsible to the tenant for the breakdowns, and AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, the Travel Agency will do everything possible to repair or remove the breakdowns or other irregularities as soon as possible.

11. Insurance deposit and damages

Upon arrival at the facility, the guest is obliged to leave a deposit in cash to ensure possible damage. The amount of the deposit that the guest is obliged to give to the owner upon arrival will be stated in the voucher. The deposit serves as insurance for the owner for the damage caused to the property, and the owner has the right to settle the damage from the deposit. In case the damage is greater than the amount deposited, the guest is obliged to pay the owner the total amount of damage. If no damage has been caused to the property, the owner is obliged to return the deposited amount to the guest when picking up the keys at the departure of the guest.

If you discover any problems or malfunctions upon arrival, report them immediately to avoid misunderstandings after your rental period ends.

Intentional damage to property or disturbance of public order is considered a serious violation of the terms of the Lease Agreement, in which case the owner and / or AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency are authorized to terminate the lease agreement which takes effect immediately, without notice. is obliged to permanently leave the property within 2 (two) hours together with all persons residing there, and has no right to demand a refund of the paid price of accommodation from the owner or the Agency. The guest is obliged to immediately report to the owner the occurrence of any damage to the building during the rental period. Upon departure of the guest and before returning the keys, the guest is obliged to inspect the accommodation unit and property. AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA is in no way liable to the owner for possible damages or to the guest if the owner does not want to return the deposit in case of damage. All possible disputes between the owner and the guest are resolved by themselves without AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency.

12. Objections

If the guest has problems while in your booked accommodation unit, such as insufficient cleaning, damage or other irregularities, he should first warn the agency AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, and then the property owner to be able to correct it in a timely manner. If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily for the guest, the guest is then obliged to directly / directly contact AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency by phone or e-mail in order to resolve the complaint satisfactorily. 13. Special requirements

If the guest has special requirements that are not included in the price of accommodation (such as chefs, waiters, special food, etc.), the agency will fulfill them, if possible. Additional services must be announced in advance by e-mail in order to be fulfilled, and a special price will be charged for them. AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency cannot be held responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties.

14. Force majeure

In case the concluded lease agreement cannot be fulfilled or its fulfillment becomes significantly more difficult due to Force Majeure (eg war, natural disasters, environmental disasters, epidemics, border closures, strikes, etc.) which could not have been foreseen at the time of conclusion Lease Agreement, AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency and the owner may terminate the Lease Agreement because neither AUTHENTIC HOLIDAY CROATIA, Travel Agency nor the owner can be held responsible in the above cases.

WSPay uses SSL certificate 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when writing and transferring data. All payments will be made in Croatian currency. The amount for which your Cresut card account will be charged is obtained by converting the price in euros into Croatian kuna according to the exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. when debiting your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency according to the credit card association's exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference from the original price in our website.

16. Statement on protection of personal data transfer
