When building the house, both inside and outside, the owner paid attention to every detail, including the furniture, surroundings, etc. Traditional Dalmatian architecture, pleasantly combined with modern details, gives this villa a special charm. A pool is (30 m²) spacious enguhg to refresh yourself during hot summer days, and large pool deck is big enough to relax on sun loungers. There is also a lovely dining table with accompanying chairs where you can eat and drink near a beautiful fireplace that simply invites you to grill fresh fish with local olive oil and a glass of red wine. The children's playground, with soccer goals and a badminton net for slightly older children, awaits you on the south side of the property. The beautiful natural environment surrounding this original Dalmatian traditional stone house will amaze you at all times.

An excellent traditional restaurant with wine tasting and a wine cellar is a 5-minute walk away. It is only a 30-minute drive from the beach and the sea, and only 10 minutes from the Red and Blue Lakes. You have a unique opportunity to enjoy privacy, hospitality, organic produce, fresh air, and the beautiful landscape.
